TAKOTA

Takota came from the Yakima animal shelter in the summer of 2002. He was estimated to be about 1-yr old, skin and bones and clearly in need of TLC but still a typical sweet, active young vizsla. He was rescued by pointer rescue in Olympia and after spending a few weeks gaining weight he was ready for a new home. Kaz had been waiting a long time for a vizsla to add to her family and with the help of many caring hands along the way Takota made his way to his new home in north Idaho. He spent the summer entertaining his new family and Tasha knew her life had changed too. She now had a baby brother to boss around and share her couches with... for better or worse. Kaz reports that Ms Natasha is really just getting a taste of her own medicine as she was once that bouncy, active puppy and her old pal Buckles had to put up with HER the same way! (No doubt Buckles is enjoying this as he watches over them from The Bridge.) Thanks Kaz for making space in your heart for this little guy who didn't have the best start in life and now has a great life ahead of him.
