RUSTY

Rusty was owner released to Amy in AZ because the owners were moving and could not take her. Cristine in AZ fostered her while we found her a new home. Rusty is 18 months old, a big strong girl probably from UT hunting lines. Rusty was good with kids in her original home but spent much of her life as an outside dog. In foster care she was crate and house trained. She also got to ride in the car and play with Jinx until both were exhausted. She also did fine with cats.

The Rasp family came to meet Rusty and to see if Chandler, their 2-yr old V, approved of her as a buddy. The new family reports that they play like 2 little kids and jump on each other all the time. Rusty liked her rawhide but then decided to bury it in the flower pot. Kyle now has 2 dogs to pin him in bed each night and Rusty plans to keep the whole family on their toes so she will not steal a pillow or blanket to shred and then decorate the yard with in the middle of the night.
