NYA (was PEANUT)
Jan 2018: Peanut aka Nya was an approx 5 year old stray at a Utah shelter. For the life of us we can't understand why no one claimed her but maybe it worked out right. Sheryl picked her up quickly and she caught a ride with an agility friend to Boise. We found her to be a happy never-met-a-stranger kind of vizsla and her pint size of about 35 lbs made her that much more special. Her spay and dental were complicated but she got special treatment when our wonderful vet took her home for recovery night.
Mar 2018: Shortly after getting "Peanut" we were contacted by Casey who had tragically lost her vizsla Bella during a routine run in the Boise foothills. Peanut had a rock solid temperament and loved kids so Peanut went to stay and help the family heal. It didn't take long for them to give her the new name of Nya to go with her new life.
