GUNNER

Original story: Gunner is a 2-yo male who came to rescue as his family faced a job layoff, move to another state, and uncertain future. Gunner was raised around kids, crate trained, house trained and hunted some early but was described as a better family dog than hunter. Gunner is doing great in our home with male and female dogs alike. He is a big boy at 55-60 lbs, dews off, tailed docked. He is a lover who enjoys attention, laying in the sun, and more attention.

Jun 2009: Gunner found a great home in WY with a family that wanted a family dog and a hunter. His mom reports "WHAT A DOG! Just perfect in every way! Yes - he loves everybody, has the run of the house, and sleeps in the bed with us! He even has his own recliner! We have really spoiled him rotten and loving every minute of it!"
