EMMY was REMY

Original story - Aug 2015: Remy is a healthy 12 yr old purebred vizsla, born 8/8/2003. She was released very sadly to rescue from her home of many years due to her owner's health issues. She also recently lost her chocolate lab buddy to old age and misses her family. Remy is pretty much bullet proof with dogs of all sizes, cats and people of all ages. There are no strangers in Remy's world, only new adventures. She loves to travel, likes water, hiking and camping and is a small girl at 40-lbs. She has had a full blood panel and is scheduled for a minor dental and removal of some eyelid growths. She would love an active home with other dogs/cats and humans to see her through her senior years.

Oct 2015: Remy found a home and a new name of Emmy with Jill. Emmy's new extended family includes Fred who was adopted by Holly in 2013. Holly arranged with her vet to remove the heavy eyelid growths and it took a little while for her to adjust to yet more changes in her life but she is all settled in for her retirement years.

Nov 2015 - Jill writes: Here are some new pictures of Emmy for when you update her from "Adoption Pending" to SUCCESS STORY! Emmy and Fred (another success story!) have really bonded. Thanks again for everything and for letting this little dog be a part of my life.
