DUKE - Story coming

Jan 2016, Original story: Duke was owner surrendered to a Utah shelter due to allergies in his human family. Despite losing the only home he had ever known, he appears to be a very happy dog. We don't think Dukie has ever met a stranger and probably won't know what to do if ever does. He is friendly with dogs of all sizes and people of all ages. However, he might be too rambunctious for small dogs and kids as he believes everybody shares his enthusiasm for body slamming play. He takes direction well from other dogs but sometimes has to be reminded. He does counter cruise, wants to sleep in bed with you and will need close monitoring for marking at first in a new household. If you are not fond of a touchy feely dog then Duke is definitely not the dog for you. He will jump straight in the air for treats. Did we mention he is enthusiastic about everything? Heck, Dukie even loves going to the vet! Duke is approximately 5 yrs old, current on his basic vax and neutered.
