DUCHESS

Duchess is 4.5 yo, high energy, ball-fetching-fool. She has an AKC pedigree, tail docked, dews removed. She was raised with children and given up due to divorce and move to home with no fence. She did jump the 4 foot fence at their old home on occasion but is not reliable with no fence. She needs a good 6 foot fence and people to keep her busy. She is hard to catch a picture of as she goes full tilt for the ball - thus her "look" in all the photos. Duchess is housetrained and crate trained. She needs work off leash and with come. She rides well in the car and is well mannered in the house. She seems to like other dogs and especially those she can beat to the ball. She does sleep in the bed with her people and would be a good couch cuddler too.

Update June 2003: Duchess found her home by way of a visit to southern UT with her foster mom. Shaunna and Linda had been friends since 1973 and so when Shaunna went to visit to them, Tilly & Duchess came along. Tilly is Shaunna's 13-yr old V girl and Linda was her breeder. At the end of the visit, Duchess had totally won over the family and they fell in love. She just had to be their #2 V and will have a family of 2 boys to spoil her rotten. Sometimes we pick the dogs and sometimes they pick us! Enjoy Duchess Autumn Regal.
