Copper came into rescue via a shelter with little background information. His foster family found him to be a lovable, playful boy who fit in well while in foster care with the zany Ekandal gang. Satendra's brother had adopted a vizsla from OR/WA rescue not long ago and she thought she needed one of her own so she arranged to meet Copper during a planned trip to the Seattle area. As we all suspected, he was a shoe in with his outgoing personality. His initial meeting with Carver the V and his Rhodesian Ridgeback buddy went okay and they are learning to be friends, he is enjoying time at the dog park and seems to have made the transition to Canadian citizenship.
